Move-in/out times are between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. SPACE REQUIREMENTS Please note that specific room assignment is based on estimated number of guests conveyed. Change in estimated number of guests or other room requirements such as Audio-visual equipment, staging, etc. may affect room assignments as listed below.
